Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their project at any time; however, all deposits and retainers are non-refundable. This protects the time and resources reserved for your project. If you need to cancel after work has begun, you will be responsible for the portion of work already completed.

Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule your project start date or meeting, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. I’m happy to accommodate a new date based on availability. Frequent rescheduling may delay your project timeline.

Communication Expectations

Timely communication keeps your project moving. If I do not hear back from you within 7 days, your project may be paused and rescheduled for the next available slot.

Content & Materials

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary photos, text, branding, and login information before the project starts. Delays in receiving materials will delay the timeline.

Revisions

Each package includes a set number of standard revisions. Additional changes beyond the included amount may be billed at a small hourly or flat rate.

Turnaround Times

Project timelines vary depending on scope, responsiveness, and complexity. Estimated timelines will be provided at the start of each project.

Payment Policy

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your project date. Final payment is due upon completion and before final files or websites are delivered.

Copyright & Usage

You will receive full rights to your finished designs, website pages, and delivered content once the final payment is made. Sugar & Sprout Co retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and marketing materials.
